Amazing place, when you walk in there you feel like you died and went to guitar heaven. Every guitar you ever thought you would never try, right in front of your face. The people that work there are super nice and helpful. They don't treat the guitars like museum pieces, they let you play them.

This is the finest guitar shop in Chicago in my opinion. They are the only authorized dealer of Tom Anderson Guitars, which by itself makes this place worth your time. Probably the most important thing though is the fact that these guitars are expertly set up and maintained. I had a G&L ASAT Bluesboy that had been giving me grief for years. I had it set up multiple times, refretted by Specimen guitar shop, and it always had this weird thing going on. I took it in here and they (Third Coast, the folks who handle setups etc. when brought in here) were able to diagnose and fix the issue. Now it plays perfectly (almost as good as the Tom Andersons). You can trust these guys, bottom line.
