Called to get information on a refinance. Talked to Amy told her my situation as I have lots of equity in the property and very good credit and am self employed. Said she would call me back the next day with some options. Never called back. Extremely unprofessional. Did a little more research and found another company and one week later got approval and on my way close my refinance. Stay away and don't waste your time!

Herb and Amy have professionally and seamlessly managed my home refinancing on multiple occasions.

Herb and his team are so great, they treat my wife and I like family. We have no closing cost or out of pocket cost. I was waiting for my VA paper to so we can get approve for VA loan. VA paper work felt thru and it cost Herb another $750 to extend my traditional loan from 30 days to 45 days. He was very generous and he ate the cost. I just want to express my appreciation to Herb, with the money we have saved, it can go to our 3 daughters college fund.
