        If I could have given no stars I would have. The air never works and the place is filthy. This is the Comerica building in Warren. Horrible place to rent an office. This is run by a professional mgmt. Group. Shame on you.

        Let me just say that Brian Crawford and Nathan Casey worked with my partner and I until we finally found the perfect office space. We had looked at many. They made it happen. From the beginning to the end nothing but good vibes from both gentleman. I've delt with many realtors . I've had some pretty shady experiences with more that a few. It was a relief to meet genuinely nice people who do their job above and beyond.

        During February 2018 this organization called our company out to service a medical office building. As of today, 11/15/18, we have yet to be paid. We were told that we could expect payment, during October 2018. Again, we were never paid. This is very disappointing because despite the fact that there was 8 inches of snow that day, we promptly responded to their emergency situation.
