Went to Zapatista for the first and only time recetly. At a table with 6 people, atmosphere was nice. I work nearby and love Mexican food. We all had separate checks. I ordered 2 Victorias, my girlfriend ordered a $10 margarita with well tequila. I decided to order the cheese and chicken quesadilla, asked the server what else was in the entree, he said chicken and cheese. Turns out there were LOTS of onions on this too and tomatoes (neither of which I would have ordered if advised prior to ordering). The guacamole was pretty good. When the bill arrived the server had put on 20% gratuity automatically. I usually tip 20% and higher but the fact that $22 of my bill was a pre mixed drink and two bottles of beer rubbed me the wrong way. Add the whole un-knowledgeable server into this (and the quesadilla was sub par according to my girlfriend, I am allergic to onions), needless to say, we will not be returning. D.
