Had a Covid test scheduled at the Roscoe IL location. Drive there to find the drive thru closed with a sign saying no Covid testing at this location. Why would they let me schedule it, that same morning! Take all my information, including insurance, send me reminders of the appointment and be closed? Need to get it together!

I have had a great experience previously with my CVS Pharmacist at #8739 on the Northside of Chicago and have since moved to the Southside of Chicago. I am also very pleased with the pharmacist in my new store #8502 . The lady Pharmacist in this store also goes beyond what she does and I just want to let her know I do appreciate her thoughtfulness.

Pharmacy is a serious branch of medicine. The pharmacy director at CVS's Devon Ave. store hands out medication like CVS is a candy store. The contrast is to Walgreens where one is asked whether one has any allergies or major health conditions.

CVS sends $8.00 off $40.00 spent to CVS customers, however, for a 2nd month in a row this has occurred; when trying to put it to your CVS account, an error message comes up- "oops, there has been a technical difficulty, try again later". I spent 45 minutes on the phone last month with 3 different departments(2 offshore-useless). No one could solve the problem. The 2nd month, same coupon sent out, same error message. GRRRRR
