I thought the whole point of having a primary care doctor is to go to a familiar place when you are sick. With this office no matter what reason I called for I was always directed to immediate care. Although the doctors are nice, this office will almost always fail you.

I don't remember the front desk woman's name, but she had no professionalism or willingness to help. They made a mistake on their part and did not acknowledge the mistake. Read Google reviews. Those are more recent and accurate. Yelp reviews are quite old.

AWFUL experience. I was going for my first appointment here as a new patient, and I had the confirmation notice and everything. But once I arrived, the front desk ladies had attitude which made me already uneasy. But then they told me my appointment is cancelled! Their reason was that the doctor was not seeing new patients yet (which is already irritating since their website said the doctor was in fact accepting new patients, otherwise of course I wouldn't have made the appointment). But the problem is not that it was cancelled, the problem is no one informed me ahead of time. The front desk lied about sending me a message but I had been checking till the day of and I got no messages. If they need to cancel, that's fine - but they should make sure to send a notice asap. Especially frustrating because it's the end of the year and it's too late to schedule with someone else before the year ends.
