I'm as old as dirt. Trust me I've worked with multiple agencies in my life. trust me if I'm giving my stamp of approval to Renee Moison Allstate Agency one should sit up and listen. We can all purchase our insurance anywhere if that's all we want. I want great customer service, not another recording that happens more than not. I don't know another agency's receptionist by name like I know Micaela's name because she is always polite and efficient and gets me where I need to go ASAP. I often feel like this is a whole new experience because one doesn't see this in any business these days. When the phones ring don't be surprised if Brian the manager or even Renee the owner. Not a single individual has ever passed the buck with me. Someone is always in the office during posted hours to help resolve all my concerns & questions. When necessary they took the time to answer everything I asked. Working closely together I witnessed how smoothly things can work together just by being a true "Team Player." Allstate insurance takes money out of your bank account without informing the client, even though it was paid in full. It is a none-trusting company. I could write more, but I am not interested in wasting my time. I am done with this company as soon as the insurance expires.

We had a car stolen in chicago. Allstate refused to payout. Tried to say it wasn't stolen. We submitted the police report. I was with Allstate for several years and never Filed a claim until this happened. They are a rip off. Now with State Farm. Hopefully no one else gets ripped off.
