    No issues thus far, been here for over a month. Though my neighbor upstairs seems to be up during the night moving furniture, walking vacuuming ect. I’m like its 3AM go to sleep lol, but then again, I was up too lol. All in all, no issues thus far, place is good. Molly managed to answer all my questions, though I’m still looking to find a better parking spot. On the other hand, Mark was great too he managed to answer some questions I had as well. Overall, the front desk/management and the rest of the staff are easy going, professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment itself is clean and the location itself is great – interstate, very peaceful and quiet, also my work is close by.

    Dave in maintenance is great (very friendly, helpful and on top of requests) and the team in the office is doing their best for day to day management but this building is awful. I had to find a place sight unseen due to a relocation from another state. Firstly, It sits on top of the freeway and the traffic noise is VERY LOUD. It permeates the paper thin walls and cheap windows. Additionally my walls and doors literally shake all day and night from my upstairs neighbors simply walking in their unit. I had asked about insulation and sound mitigation during my video tour and told ‘we’re luxury apartments and couldn’t say that if we didn’t have measures in place’. I definitely wouldn’t use the word luxury here. It’s a decent ‘just out of college’ or ‘sublease for a short time’ but not luxury- not at all how it was marketed. I’ve been here a week and haven’t been able to sleep a full night as a result of the noise and ceiling/wall/door shakes. My move in was a bit of a disaster as well. (dirty refrigerator, dirty cabinets, patchy paint job, horribly awful smell due to a moldy washing machine that had to be swapped out). Since we’re still in the days of Covid, I would have hoped cleaning measures were better taken. The hallways constantly smell (I’m guessing from the garbage chutes), garbage is regularly piled up in the hallways and all of the door handles are covered in slimy grime for which I actually carry towels so that I don’t have to touch them. The gym is nice. The parking lot is fine and It’s nice having a grocery store nearby. The other tenants seem nice but this noise is out of control. They really need a sound barrier to help with the freeway noise (trees/wall/something) or soundproofing measures on the side of the building facing the freeway ASAP. It’s unbearable. Dec 2021: The garbage in the hallway is still a persistent problem-every weekend for months and despite multiple requests to the front office- it has not been addressed. I’ve researched and found this is a health code violation which I’ve notified the front office of many times to no avail.
