        I had a wonderful experience! I made an appointment, waited while my car was being serviced, then they brought out an inspection to me and told me the various conditions of my vehicle's various systems. They were VERY friendly and knowlegeable. All the poeple on here complaining are just being obnoxious. NOWHERE does it say speedy oil change, or jiffy lube. these people are in a bad mood because they didn't get their way... and then they come on here and give a negative rating. gimme a break. you want speedy and just an oil change? go to an oil change place....

        I went here about a year ago for an oil change because there was a coupon in the paper, 3 times in 3 days I got turned away. Twice they said it was too busy and I'd have to leave my car, not an option, and the third time they said they were having a tire sale and couldn't be bothered with it. It wasn't until the fourth day I called and complained did I finally got my oil changed, and I've never been back there since.
