This review is about Belson's Canadian supplier and the run around we have gotten since mid-summer (it is now Nov.) over the delivery of four picnic tables in a custom color. We were told the color was no problem and have been given delivery dates three different times; all of which have been extended. The small, local contracting company that placed the order for these tables had to put down a 25K deposit since we wanted a custom color. Calls to the Canadian distributor have gone unanswered and it appears the local contractor is going to be out the money. Do NOT do business with this company!

A complete JOKE!! They regularly advertise items as in stock and available for "quick ship," and then after you place the order, they call you back and try and bait and switch you, and tell you the item is out of stock but you can wait forever or, surprise, get something different. This has happened to me twice now, and it won't happen a third time. A truly bad experience and waste of time, be very leery of ordering from these guys.
