I used Jeff on two different home insurance policies and tried using him with an auto insurance policy. My first home insurance policy experience went OK with a few hiccups. My second and third experiences with Jeff were unprofessional and negligent. When trying to obtain an auto insurance quote, I never heard back from him [while I was an active customer]. My third experience [with my second home] triggered me to write this review. Without going into too much detail - my policy was written incorrectly and I decided to move to a different provider and agent because I was offered a significantly better rate. Once informed, Jeff proceeded to cancel my policy 45 days early and put me in a poor spot to obtain specialty insurance for the 45 day gap.
