Tons of choices available to look through. Didn't go with them though because the person measuring didnt come out for 4 days. We wanted to make a quicker decision and couldn't keep waiting. Otherwise it was very pleasant and they had tons to choose from with pricing easy to locate.

Very disappointing customer service after reading good reviews. Rep phoned quickly after our initial contact, and set appointment to come measure for solid hardwood floor installation. Arrived on time and seemed knowledgeable and thorough. Phoned the next day with verbal "handwritten" estimate. Was impressed with their promptness UNTIL I asked for a written estimate to be emailed for comparison purposes. Not an unreasonable request as it's a $5K+ job. Still waiting 3&1/2 weeks later... Going with another well recommended local company that was more professional in their communication and provided the common written estimate without being asked, nearly $1K less.
