I used Service King at the recommendation of my insurance company during a period when the supply chain of supply chain of parts was not reliable. I was glad I did as even though a part was slow I was given great customer service. One stand out was their schedule of calling customers every MWF at the end of the day, whether they were able to work on your car or not, to advise the car status. It was really nice not having to worry about calling to check on it. My customer contact was Angie, who was prompt, direct, answered every question and took care of everything; Service King is lucky to have her as an employee. My car also looks and runs beautifully. Great service from the start to the end always so professional thanks to Angie from the front desk and William from the shop department they got me fast back at the road again they even got my interior clean wish never had the experience at another repair shop definitely highly recommend!!
