Really excellent service. I switched to State Farm, from Travellers insurance which I had for twenty years, because of Sebastian Patkowskis professional service. He answered all my questions and even met us on a Saturday to go over our new policies. Not only did the new policies save us money but they gave us better coverage. Highly professional, highly recommended!

I had the worst experience with the agent Dominique.. he is the worst .. always rushed.. never gave me time .. always told me he will return my call and he never did.. he is lier and he has no customer service experience and he keep forgetting what to do .. and I kept calling him to remind him what to do.. he is rude.. after two calls to him he started to talk to me in very rude way with very bad attitude.. he should not stay in insurance field one hour more.. his chair in that office should stay empty better than being there.. but Sebastian is a great guy and he is very helpful.. but Dominique is the worst and he makes the State Farm reputation very bad.. and he make State Farm company loses customers.

I received excellent service from Dominick, he was very friendly and helpful. In short I received better coverage for less than what I was paying. I highly recommend them, they are the best.

When my insurance agent of over 30 years retired, it was time to search for a new agent. I was very fortunate to have a friend refer me to Sebastian. Sebastian took the time to review my auto, home, and life insurance policies. He tailored my policies to my current needs, and was able to improve my coverage while reducing my premiums. I highly recommend anybody looking for an insurance agent to contact Sebastian!
