I have worked here for over a year now, and this company is truly amazing. The owners truly care about their employees and treat them like family. You are frequently recognized for hard work and rewarded for it. Supervisors quickly address any and all issues brought to their attentions to resolve the issue. I truly enjoy coming to work every single day! I can not say enough about this company and everyone here!

I went in for an interview and was excited about it. However I went in there the place first off looked unorganized. Second I arrived a little too early any other company would be pleased with the fact I was punctual. However, the manager was really unprofessional and rude. She didn’t seem to want to engage with me she expected me just to spill my story out. Which is fine but she didn’t dare to ask me any other questions like in any other typical job interview would. The only question she asked me was ideal work environment. I told her and emphasized on respect and communication. I had a feeling she wasn’t the type of person that does either. I went from being excited to just flat out feeling stupid. If I had a feeling like that then this job would have been a nightmare if offered. So good riddance! I would say they need to hire new managers. On top of that everyone there looked completely miserable. I would recommend not applying here. Do not let the high pay worth your while.

This places turn over rate for employees is rediculous. Let’s not mention all of the higher ups do not get disciplined for any of their actions. Instead they are given raises. They do not care about the little people. And do not advocate for them. Raises are a joke here u less you are in the clique. They claim to have a no cellphone policies but that seems to be null and void for the supervisors. Supervisors get raises for being on Facebook and never being at their desk while their subordinates are doing all of their work for them. They also do not train you they expect the lower employees to train while they text on their cellphones and joke around with other supervisors all day. Numerous times employees were fired due to issues with a supervisor that caused them. They claim to be drama free but do nothing but talk about each other. They do not care about their employees. They claim that it’s an equal working environment but issues are addressed publicly and they have no problem telling the whole office who they have an issue with. They are very rude to new employees and claim they want a happy and drama free work environment but this place has anything but that. Not a recommended place to work.
