Bought carpet for whole house. Price was in line with everyone else, but when they came to install carpet, they added additional cost for removing some of the old carpet that they said they would take care of in the first place. I even told the installers that I would rip out old carpet while they started in a different location. They charged me an extra 500 dollars to rip out carpet that I said I would take care of myself. Carpet quality was good, and installers were great, but the owner of the company is complete A**H**E. He is not friendly, nor a fair negotiator. All he cares about is bilking you to make the most money he can to pay for his toys and his fancy house. Stay away from this company unless you want a surprise bill and a ripoff!

I had a terrible experience with Floord. We chose new carpet and luxury vinyl tile to have them install. They gave us an install date 3 weeks from when I paid since the product was in stock. I removed the old floor and then a couple days before the installation they said the product was not in stock. I waited over a month while calling them often to see if the product had a arrived yet. I was living on just the subfloor during this time. They finally gave me a new install date a month and a half after the original one. The installers arrived, but only had enough tiles to do half the job and didn't have any of the right transitions. I had to wait over another month for them to get in more tiles to finish the job. They still insisted that I pay full price even though the job took 3 months longer than they said it would. Terrible service, would not recommend to anyone.

I needed a stair nose board repair and contacted Floord. There were some communication/follow up problems but nothing more effort on my part wouldnt have solved. The craftsman they sent did excellent work, from the tear down to clean up, I have no complaints. The job was small, but he didnt rush or cut corners and I am very satisfied.

Ive worked with Floord on a few different occasions. I purchased tile for my master bathroom, guest bathroom, and kitchen backsplash. Each time the staff at Floord help me make the right selection on tile type, color, and size. Being a DIYer, I appreciated the advice I received from the sales team that have installation experience. Little things like grout and profile recommendations helped make my installs easier. Will be using them for my carpet installation in the near future!
