I wish I can give this place 0 stars. The customer service was horrendous. The nail tech borderline physically aggressed me. He was so rough with my nails and was visibly aggravated. I could tell he did not want to be there much less be servicing me. He did not complete my service and did not add a top coat to my nails. I am extremely dissatisfied with the finished product and disappointed by how horribly I was treated. I literally cried in the shop as I’ve never experienced any business treat paying customers so rudely. PLEASE do not visit this establishment. I will personally be making a call to the Better Business Bureau to file a report. I hope that no human has to experience what I just did. Service: Gel manicure

I think it would be an understatement to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had with a nail salon in my entire life. Typically I go to a nail salon to relax and be pampered, the whole vibe was off.The technician was rude and very rough with my nails and hands. The whole process felt rushed. While I was visibly upset my technician did not stop to ask me what the problem was or how he could fix it. I left extremely upset and dissatisfied with my nails, needless to say, I will not be returning to that establishment and will not refer any of my friends or associates to their business. I was looking forward to my T & J nail appointment. However, it was the worse service I have had with a nail salon. The person who answered the phone was real nice when I was booking the appointment and even assured me that I would be taken well care of. The nail tech was everything but gentle! They were very unprofessional, unpleasant & clearly agitated while servicing me. After all of that, the service was incomplete & I was charged full price! I wish I had of recorded the entire experience! I hope and pray that my experience will help someone to not go there!!!! Service: Gel manicure
