Best dentist I’ve had. Kind, patient, caring and knowledgeable. Each visit is a treat. I feel very comfortable when he is working. Highly recommend him.

Very bad attitude and customer service. I would like to give zero but I can’t submit review with zero. I wanted to reschedule my appointment due to cold I had And I also rescheduled past appointment due to accident I met while driving to doctor office. On the day of accident I told them I will be late and they rescheduled me for second appointment. In second appointment I had cold. I do not want to go and spread spread germs, specially in Covid-19 pandemic. The front desk lady told me directly that you can go to another doctor because you are rescheduling second time. Than I told her ok I don’t want to reschedule, I will come instead of having cold. Will I come? She said no I can’t. I explained her cold is the only reason I want to reschedule appointment. My wisdom teeth is very badly painful And I wanted treatment but I can’t go while I have cold. Next moment, she said let me talk to doctor. Than she said we can give you an appointment after two months and you have to pay $50.00 for your missed appointments. What about the ethics that studied and oath taken for customers’s treatments?
