Hopfully anyone who.goes to this dentist checks out the reviews first.i had a perfect smile i was happy i had a perfect life until i went to have my front tooth replaced.from going threw a.windsheild in a accident when i was a kid.i loved going to the dentist when i was growing up.it sad how 1 person can another person whole life by there screw up negligents.i have spent the last 15 years hiding from the world because im so ashamed of my teeth .n scared to death to go see another dentist thanks to you Jeannie. Sad that people like you are.still in bussiness.

The worst dentist she should t even be a dentist, my life has been very hard to deal with I don't have 1 friend people make a fun me because I have no teeth my teeth were perfect until I went there.]I will be paying u back.

I was just seen today, and it was the worst experience I have EVER had at a dentist in my entire life. This is the 4th time Ive been seen there,and finally been worked on,for the dentist to break off the top half of my decayed/infected tooth. She got very short with me, DID NOT numb me enough, in pain the whole time the procedure was going on. She had to SEW my nerve back into my mouth, and couldn't even get my whole tooth out, and sent me out the door, with a referall to a surgeon that I cant get into for another week, when she said I could go straight from her office to this place to get it taken care of immediately as an emergency, because it is an EMERGENCY. If at all possible, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Pay out of pocket. I waited over a month for her to break my tooth off and send me to someone else because she is quote "not an oral surgeon" aka she cant extract a tooth. Waste of time, gas, and everything else for that matter.

I wouldn't even give this place one star, but I had to to leave a review. Something very important that they DO NOT tell you up front is that they have drastic and severe policies for having to cancel or reschedule your appointments, and they hold this against you FOR LIFE!! If you miss, or have to cancel an appointment, and you are a new patient, you have two chances to do this, and if you fail, you are banned from seeing the dentist for your entire lifetime!! This policy is completely unrealistic and ridiculous for a medical facility! Any other medical facility would have a policy that resets every 12 months, and they would inform you of their policy! This place is a joke, I would recommend it to noone, and the receptionists are very rude. This policy should be addressed, reviewed, and changed. If people get very sick and have to cancel, they should be allowed to do so!
