RCM Heating and cooling did a wonderful job installing our HVAC system. The guys that did the install were fantastic & very informative and did a great job!! I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs a new HVAC install !! Chris also was very knowledgeable in explaining different hvac systems to us and provided a couple options for us to choose from prior to us deciding what we wanted to purchase. She even came out to our house shortly after the installers arrived to introduce herself. What great customer service !! The installers also provide great customer service too explaining everything to us from the actual unit to the thermostat control etc.. Chris, Christian & Eric, you are all the best !! Eric was amazing and so was the office staff. Offered me a PMP maintenance program they saved me hundreds of dollars. The service tech, Eric, was knowledgeable, polite, clean, professional and was so thorough. Having my own service business, I appreciate a young man that takes pride in his work. I had a great experience. This company was prompt and professional. They diagnosed the issue, gave me a few options and were not pushy. I then scheduled the repair and they were on time, clean and efficient. I had a small problem after the installation of a coil, and they came back to take care of it with no questions asked.
