      image Closed on a Thursday and nothing on the door why they were closed. No answer when I called. Hours on the door say Mon-Sat. 10-6.
      They were closed Wednesday because of the weather, but says nothing about Thursday.

      image They are closed on Sundays until further notice. Such a shame they did not tell me earlier before I drove 30 minutes to pick up my vacuum cleaner.

      image They only have a repair technician at the store one day a week, so it took almost a week to get an estimate. They wanted to charge $60 for a tune-up (in addition to charges for parts and labor for the needed repair). At that time, the oreck website was listing tuneups at 50% off the usual $40 price.
