        I visited the Naperville, IL location on Naper Blvd today frustrated because I couldnt get the same answer from any Verizon store. Keith sensed my frustration and he assured me he was gonna make sure my questions were answered. He did what no other store could or should say would and I left a very satisfied Verizon customer.
