Today, I visited your business in the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake, VA. I entered the store at 4:49 pm and there was one person (Tonio) working the counter for special tasks. He was assisting a customer when I approached the counter. His response to that customer was with a nonchalant attitude and very slow. Tonio never recognized me as I stood at the counter. He constantly fidgeted on the computer and finally finished his job with the customer. He began my task which was to make 20 copies front/back in color. The task was printed in front of me and he waited over 20 minutes to get them after talking on the phone and looking at other things on the computer. It was only when I asked if my job was done that he went to get them from the printer's tray. A lady came in to pick up some pictures and he assisted her. All of this was while I was standing at the counter. He again seemed to not recognize me at the counter until I questioned him. I waited over 30 minutes for 10 copies when I was the only one at the counter and paid $32.44 for 20 color copies. I left the store at 5:31 pm.
Please review your cameras to verify this and please check to see if this person is ok. I was very patient as I waited. However, I found today at your store to be unusual and perhaps Tonio needs help in his area.

I want to let you know that your store Manager Steve in Madison Heights, Michigan not only helped me but went out of his way to help me with both my computer which had been hacked and was completely unuseable. I purchase this computer from Office Max. I was not able to put it put the computer up right away and had called a number I found on the internet which was supposed to be Microsoft. It was not and I just wanted you to know that because I am not computer knowledgeable, and I am 66 years old, on social security and therefore limited in funds I didn't know what to do. Steve, not only listened to me, he addressed my issues, help to put my computer back to what it should be and represented your company in a stellar manner. I just wanted you to know what a great representative he was for your company and that I will highly recommend your store to anyone in the future.

Everybody was so friendly and helpful especially when it was one minute before closing.
