        Went here first as I heard the sale on TV. Well this guy was very arrogant. Kept talking about not getting commissions, and his 15 years experience, and that Mattress Firm owned every mattress company in the area. Less about you, focus on the customer. Told him we didn't want to spend $4,000 on the beds he was recommending, and he pointed us to the "Clearance Bin". Then he just got frustrated, and said he probably offended us and that he was going to go back to his desk now. Really? That's how you treat a customer? Went over to American Mattress next store. Josh over there was awesome. Nothing like this guy. Found an amazing mattress and box spring for $2k...and didn't have to go to the "clearance bin" to get it. Will NEVER shop with Mattress Firm again, and have already told 3 of my clients about my experience here.
