Moved my service appointment at the last minute to a completely different date without telling me. Received an email alone regarding the cancellation, did not receive notification that it was moved to a date I cannot reach. Do not schedule a service appointment without a backup plan with a trustworthy mechanic.

We are extremely disappointed with this business. We understand that it is a seller's market and that there is a shortage of inventory. That is why we called around to find the car with the options we wanted. We ended up driving 1H30 to this establishment, even calling saying we were running late due to traffic. We were ready to buy this car that we were told was on the truck and arriving in the next few days. We intended on putting money down that day. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the sales person tried to steer us to another (lesser) car. We were not interested. Then the classic: "Let me talk to my manager," who showed up 40 minutes after we and arrived at the dealership to tell us that the car was sold 20 minutes earlier. It was a complete waste of time. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Before leaving, we asked what they were going to do to make it up to us as we believed what they told us. They offered nothing. We will never do business with this establishment and when ask will tell anyone of our awful experience.
