Pam Van Deursen (owner of Zinq Designs) hired my company to supply and install a glass fireplace door for one of her customers. Over the course of the last 5 months she has elected to not return any calls or pay the $630 balance that she owes us for the glass fireplace door. I've personally talked to her customer and they are completely satisfied with the door and they paid Zinq Designs in full for the product. I would be very careful to do business with Zinq Designs. They never return any phone calls and don't pay there bills. I've given her 5 months to resolve this and not one phone call has been returned. I will be putting a lein on her personal property
