I have been a client of this office since I was born-- my parents decision at that time, of course--and I've stayed with Shannon as an adult by my own choice and wouldn't go anywhere else. Through my teen driving years, purchasing my first home, opening life policies when I got married and through the birth of my children, Shannon and her team have been with me through it all. They are very professional and thorough and always take the time to go over all of the pertinent details to make sure I understand the information. But most remarkably, they care for their clients and share their joys and sorrows as life brings them. They even sent gifts for my babies when they were born. Just a great group of people to work with!

Shannon answered the phone on a Saturday after store hours to help me and my wife with life insurance. She got the job done and stayed with us on the phone for about an hour. Extremely polite and everyone in that office is the same with answering my questions in detail since I have been with them for about 2 years with auto and home policy. Highly recommended Alan Graves.
