Robin was incredible! He truly worked for us! He did a home inspection for us on our 1st house on well & septic & was really knowledgeable and helpful. He was very thorough and honest about what were small problems & big problems. He really took his time and talked to us throughout the inspection, explaining everything and even how to fix some of the problems he discovered. He has tons of experience and answered all of the questions we had. We’ve experienced a few other home inspectors throughout the years from different companies and can say that Robin truly goes above & beyond with his time, honesty, and experience. Robin performed a home inspection for our next home in Naperville. He arrived before time and was ready to start at the requested time. Robin was very diligent and spent 3 hours inspecting the home on the inside and outside. If there is a fault in the home, Robin will find it. I really felt like I got my money's worth and good advice on how to maintain my new home. He also let us know about potential issues that could arise in the future if some preemptive maintenance wasn't done. Although this is our second home, we learnt a lot about the new home in a short time. I strongly recommend Robin and would pick him without hesitation in the future. Robin is the utmost professional. I am a Realtor and always count on Robin to be on time, give accurate information without scaring the customer. He leaves the client with a very detailed report including maintenance issue items. Also follows up with an email report for clients to use when negotiating a home inspection. He has saved a lot of money for my clients.

Robin came out and walked us through every inch of our new home before we signed. He answered every question me and my wife had no matter how small they seemed. He had all the test and reports done when he promised and made the process as a whole that much easier and reassuring. Truly a pleasure to have as first time buyers.

I have purchased a handful of homes, so I like to think that I have some experience with inspectors…Robin was great! He was prompt, professional, & knowledgeable. He let me shadow him throughout the entire inspection. As the home buyer, I really felt he was working for me and was on totally on my side. Overall, his work helped me in my negotiation and got me a ton of credits towards closing. Would highly recommend!
