Where do I start, was hung up on twice, left on hold more than once for close to an hour and shaken down for one more payment. I canceled service, asked to pay last invoice which I did. I keep getting an invoice for one more payment that was paid. What a dishonest company

I thought the service was quite expensive that is until I needed it.The calling to get someone out and to get the repairs done was all very well handled.Its give you home peace of mind if something breaks down! Look into it because I honestly recommend them!

I call many time take for ever to answer after they answer put me for hold 45 min and hang up on me very poor service
