I have been going to this dentist for years and sadly I moved so had to change dentists. I miss Dr. Deepak Agarwal so much and the dental hygienists!! I miss how they would make cleaning my teeth such a fun process :(( they would let us choose flavors and even floss my teeth. But this place is pretty clean and has cool X-ray that goes around your head. They would let the little kids choose a toy out of a chest box. sadly I was too old so I just got the goodie bag. I def recommend this place. I do also agree how the front desk receptionist is rude but don't let that stop you from coming here.

First of all, I am "Anti-dentite"😄 But.......in this office:
From Kristen the receptionist to Linda the hygienist to Dr. Deepak Agarwal. Excellent Excellent Service👍👍. You made my experience so remarkable. Your hospitality, your kindness, and your professionalism is truly appreciated. Definitely I recommend Dr. Deepak Agarwal to my friends and family.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The dentist and hygienist at this location is great. They do great work! But unfortunately the front desk receptionist is rude and wouldn't let me speak when trying to reschedule. The front desk is suppose to leave a really good impression and give good customer service. Needles to say, this was way less than that and I did not reschedule. This person literally left a bad taste. It's not worth it to me to deal with that. So I am considering looking elsewhere for dental service.

Dr. Agarwal is a fantastic dentist! I was referred to him by a member of my family and he was both knowledgeable and professional.
I've been to dentist offices where the atmosphere is intimidating and unfriendly, but this place is truly a "House of Smiles" and I'm confident that I will be coming here for years!
Highly recommend switching to Dr Agarwal if you're searching for the best Dentist in town!

Clean office and practices and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff make this one of the best dental offices in the western suburbs to visit.
