Signature Home Construction We could not be more thrilled with our master bedroom renovation performed by Larry and his team from Signature Home Construction. From project planning, to execution, to completion, Larry was professional, engaged, and up front about every aspect of the job. Beginning with the pre-project activities, Larry was awesome and met us at Home Depot and Floor and Décor to discuss what we were looking for with the design and help us pick out materials that fit with the vision we had for the job. His information was invaluable in helping us pick materials and he made great suggestions based on his experience and we definitely think he elevated the final result. For example, we thought we would do subway tile about half-way up the back wall over the vanity. He suggested a better idea was to carry the subway tile all the way up. We have to say, he was definitely right. He is very careful to provide recommendations, but they enhance the vision we had rather than change it to something else. His advice on tile layout for the floor was also spot on and lead to a much nicer look than what we had originally envisioned. Larry was upfront with the schedule and the possibilities of slippages to the schedule due to issues he can’t control, such as the stone which we procured through Home Depot. Other than Home Depot’s stone supplier losing our order, Larry was very true to the schedule he set. To his credit, he was all over Home Depot and the stone supplier daily and did everything in his effort to prevent a delay. In the end, we are extremely happy with our new bathroom. It is everything that we dreamed it could be and the craftsmanship is really top notch. We had high standards and Larry and his team met and exceeded them. Throughout the project, he was very prompt with being in communication and always responded immediately. He was truly a value-add in both the design and execution of our bathroom job and it actually exceeds what we thought was possible. The quote was neither the least expensive nor the most expensive we received, but we are extremely satisfied with value for money and the quality of the work that was done. We are planning to redo our kitchen in the next year or so and Larry and his team will definitely be our choice for this next job. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If I could give Larry and his crew more than 5 stars, I would. Their workmanship and quality are excellent, but more importantly they're on time, they really take care of your house, and flexible when it matters most. We liked their work so much that we had Larry quote an additional project, and we referred him to 2 of our neighbors!

Very pleased with everything that was done at our recently purchased home. Our deck was refurbished and a mud room was added to the laundry room. Our master bath was gutted and now we have a spa-Ike bathroom; it is beautiful. Larry also found bamboo flooring to match the existing floor in the living area and installed it in the master bedroom and den, so now all the floors on the main level flow seamlessly. Larry was very easy to work with and patient and helpful with suggestions when we kept adding things to the list of things we wanted done. We didn’t have to worry about Larry and his crew showing up; they were in our home for 45 days and worked very hard. We put Larry of Signature Home Construction, LLC to the test and had him do a completely custom secret bookshelf entrance to our basement! It is the highlight of our home and he did incredible work. He also put together a bar we ordered, repaired a mirror and put in a laundry room sink. All of it came out great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
