Day after I purchased my 2021 Ford Explorer an 18 inch scratch appeared on the driver's side back door. Needless to say I was very angry and not looking forward to what I thought it would cost me to have it repaired. To my surprise it was far cheaper than I expected, the door looks perfect again and they even touched up two nicks on the driver's door edge for me. Very pleased with the process, price, and outcome.
