Mr. Paper was very professional and kind during our stay. When it was deemed a major repair was going to be needed at the house we were staying in he aided in our move and was very responsible in regards to the issue. 5- stars will recommend. Beautiful properties available all over Southern IL for every family size.

1/5 stars After the 1st three weeks of moving in and  paying first & last month's rent.... the maintenance finally fixed a buzzing fridge that conflicted 24/7 with my sleep when I had to sleep 30+ ft away from the fridge in the living room on the couch.Toilet was reported initially to maintenance about a broken wax seal to prevent fumes from arising there. They never applied a new seal and have over-tighten the four toilet mount valves twice where the linoleum floor is warping/grooving. After 10 months of trial and error on complaining about the seal; it was repaired!Most of the outlets work, most outlets require 3 prong power outlet converters, most major appliances with large amps or Watts should be avoided, and would highly recommend Surge Protection outlets with a battery built in to the unit. The insulation is not so great, and the kitchen & bathroom will get cold or warm depending on which season it is. So, more or less... you may be paying a larger electricity bill if you want to stay warm or cool.They almost refuse to replace anything especially a cheap power outlet that don't work with 15 amp devices (like an AC+Dehumidifier combo), or a $10 toilet wax seal that took 10 months of rent to finally get installed.Overall, the last complaint is... this place is not made for pets due to the lack of the yard not being mowed on a weekly or bimonthly schedule. Regardless of what flea protection you have, or if the Orkin exterminator shows at your door. You will have fleas, or other mites to be worrying about crawling unexpected in your apartment. My two cats have gotten fleas & mites on more than two occasions (Last Oct 2020 & May 2021) with new Seresto collars applied each time. Had to soap them with "dawn" and paper towels + cleaning my place everyday + vacuuming the rugs, and cleaning anything they could hide in; it was ridiculous on the infestations.I will not be renewing my lease, and hope this helps anyone. However, it is my opinion and experience to never encounter again.
