Worst Pharmacists that I have ever interacted with. This team has messed up my prescription refills several times over the past year. They claimed to have reached out to my primary care physician on a black box medication that was never actually requested, so I had to go without my medication for several days. I personally had to call my PCP twice to resolve this issue, and their office stated that no request from CVS was ever made (after CVS having my refill request for FIVE days). I will transfer future prescriptions to a new office.

The CVS Pharmacy in Mundelein is a great place to get your medicine. The store is very clean. The staff there are extremely friendly. CVS always have great sales and this location makes it easier to find. All deals are properly posted. When I was there the cashier was on the phone with a customer who was looking for a specific item. The cashier went and look to see if they had the item. She went back on the phone and told the customer they didn't and gave her numbers to other locations. I hope the other location were as great as this cashier. If you want a clean friendly store this is the location that you want to do your shopping at.
