    this is a GOOD ONE! We bought our Kirby 18 months ago. It took a while to figure out how to get the belt to work every time my husband switched heads on it. Plenty of cursing by him needless to say. Once I figured it out Ive had no problem with this machine. And it is a MACHINE. its not a cheap plastic vacuum. I thought the shampooer would be lousy. I LOVE IT. It works great. Once again it takes time to put it all together. There are some great videos on YOU TUBE also. What prompts this review is that I used the shampooer to do our Dining room carpet and it worked fine. After putting the daily pieces back on I realized it was not working. I knew there had to be a reset somewhere. I called the office and she told me that the reset is actually inside the machine and that the Vacuum bag attachment resets it once its locked in. I double checked and for sure I had NOT locked in the bag to the base. Again I have my silver baby back!!! I was quite upset being without her for three days! PLUS....the shop always has parts on site, bags and belts. We paid a small fortune for the Kirby but don't regret one cent of it!

    If I could give this place negative stars I would. What a bunch of scam artists. The people that I've dealt with are beyond rude, the place is dirty and just all together just suck. Here's a story for everyone who reads this, my husband I decided to purchase a vacuum from them, the sales person didn't mention the intrest rate (which is nuts) and we decided to cancel in the 3 day period. Well guess what!? They've still been charging us for the vacuum that we don't have!! Who would have guessed right!? But all is good now we're getting our money back after four months of not knowing we were being charged and two months of fighting with them. I recommend never going here to get a vacuum. Go to Wal-Mart and get a 100$ one that works just as well.
