Mean, zero customer service. Over changed and argues about it. Places limit on credit card purchase amount.

Dropped off men's dress shirts to be laundered and pressed. Price was given was not honored. They called 2 days later to say the price is DOUBLE because the shirts are big and long. We told them not to do them, we would just pick them up and bring them somewhere else we have gone to before. They hang up then the manager calls back and says that they already did the shirts so we had to pay double to get the shirts back. What a scam. Then when we picked them up and paid them she was trying to convince my husband that they did nothing wrong. My husband is a calm man and simply said he wouldn't be back. She continued to argue with him as to why we should use them again. He just let her ramble on, paid and left. They did am okay job but nothing exceptional. Nothing worth charging double. Very unscrupulous to quote a price and then double it without giving the customer the option to agree to it or not. Horrible business practices so it is back to driving to Zengler's for us.
