    BEWARE! Ordered this service via AMAZON in February, 2018. Despite receiving text messages and emails assuring me that the assigned person would be at my home on a certain date (March 29, 2018) and within a certain time frame, no one appeared. Really wanted a cleaner house for Easter weekend. Received no text or email of any cancellation. My email yesterday, asking where the cleaning person was, went unanswered. My telephone call to the Mundelein IL office this morning was met by a snarky, dismissive, rude individual who answered the phone using his name, never mentioning the company until I asked. When I asked for a refund, his tone turned angry, claiming that there are no refunds because cards are not charged up front. I told him I would contact AMAZON for refund of gift cards. He replied, "good" and abruptly hung up.

    I really do not like leaving bad reviews, but this company unfortunately does not understand the simple concept of customer service. I scheduled a cleaning for an open house I was hosting the next day, where I asked that the front hallway and back porch of a 3 story building be cleaned. I was told a day before the cleaning that I'd been scheduled for their arrival between 3 and 3:30. I had my contractor at the building to let them in from 3-4 (giving them an 30 minute buffer if running late). I received a call at 5:45 PM and to my surprise the cleaning had not been started, and they were looking for clarification on what I wanted to have done (not something you inquire about 2 hours after the job should have been completed). I was told that someone would be there by 7:30 to start cleaning which I had to accept at that point. The worst part about this was that they had to bother the tenants/my clients to gain entry and clean so late in the evening. When I arrive on Sunday, I see that the job was completely unsatisfactory. I sent pictures to the company and asked them what they suggest as a resolution. The next day I receive a call from Raphael who apologized for the whole ordeal. The call was then followed up with an invoice with a 25% discount. I was told that usually they would come out to clean again (so future customers, be sure to keep your week open so they can revisit until they get it right). Because this cleaning was for an open house that had already taken place, I was offered the discount instead. MY REPLY - Hi there, thanks again for the call yesterday, I appreciate the follow up. Considering the services actually caused me more inconvenience than the convenience of having things properly cleaned, I would consider using your company again if your customer service agrees that it would be fair to not charge me for this past cleaning for the following reasons: My contractor wasted his time by being at the property for an hour to allow the cleaning crew access and they did not arrive. When they did arrive over three hours past the original set a time, they had to inconvenience my clients to gain entry; this unprofessionalism caused me to look unprofessional. I was satisfied with the cleaning in the foyer of the hallway but per the pictures I sent there were fist size hairballs on the welcome mat and lots of debris, and the backstairs looked untouched. The cobwebs around the light fixtures in back, which I had mentioned at least three times was a priority, were still there when I came the next day, again per the pictures that I sent. This turned out to be a scheduling and miscommunication fiasco but services were indeed performed. I've gone ahead and reduced your invoice further with a 35% discount.
