Nu Look Kitchens

We had our cabinets refaced in 2004 by Jim Hodgins of Nu-Look Kitchens. He was very professional and completed the work in a short period of time exactly as he had committed to in his contract. The job entailed the replacement of all of our cabinet doors and drawer fronts and the cabinets themselves were resurfaced with matching veneers. The job gave our old dated kitchen a very nice new look at a lower cost and with less hassle than having the old cabinets ripped out and replaced. We also had Nu-look replace one free-standing cabinet at our request as part of the job as we wanted a different type of cabinet next to our stove. Eight years later, in 2013, we remain very happy and our kitchen has held up well over the years and still looks great. Over the years we've knocked a few nicks in the bottoms of a couple cabinets and our dog chewed the bottom corner of one cabinet when she was a puppy. I called Jim a couple months ago and he came out to our home soon after my call, determined what could be done to repair the damage and made a second trip out to complete the repairs after getting some materials. We were very pleased with the job done back in 2004 and pleased again by the customer service Jim recently gave us in doing the repairs. We've found over the years it is sometimes difficult to get a craftsman to do a small job like the repairs we needed but Jim not only took care of them on a timely basis but his charges were very modest considering it required two trips to our home. I let Jim know how much we appreciated the effort and he told us that he believes in customer service and keeping his customers happy even years later. I’d recommend Nu-Look to anyone who is considering having their kitchen cabinets refaced.

We had Jim from Nu Look reface cabinets, not only in the kitchen, but also in three bathrooms and a bar area. He was both friendly and professional. He arrived on time to measure and again to start the job. The work was unbelieveable. We never imagined that it would change the entire look of ALL rooms he worked in, or just how thrilled we would be with the end result. Jim not only did a great job, but also cleaned up afterward. I would not hesitate to recommend Nu Look to my friends and neighbors. Thank you, Jim!

Nu-Look Kitchens redid my kitchen cabinets in the summer of 2012. My kitchen has a whole new look for about half the price of new cabinets. Everything was done exactly how Jim said it would be. His work was done in the amount of time he promised and everything was left extremely clean and neat. I am redoing cabinets in my family room and contacted him again to do the job. Highly recommend this business for anyone looking to redo cabinets.

Nu-Look Kitchens did a great job! The kitchen was transformed- it looks completely different. The cost was much less than replacing the cabinets, and the project was completed in 2 days. Nu-Look Kitchens was responsive to my questions, and did high-quality work.
