Affordable Heating Cooling & Sheet Metal

I have hired them to setup a new furnace and used ac to my home. They were on time, polite and very friendly. Answered all our questions. Cleaned up after themselves. Afterwards they were very responsive when adjustments needed to be done. Dylan (owners son) made sure we were very satisfied. This is going to be my provider for life. Highly recommended!

It initially started by having them come out and turn our boiler on. The owner of the company, Dylan, came out the same day I called - on a Sunday. As soon as it came on carbon monoxide detectors started going off. Dylan diagnosed the issue right away - and his diagnosis was confirmed by a second opinion - and he quickly moved to replace the boiler, clean the chimney flue, reroute the exhaust for the boiler and hot water heater and cleaned everything up. During this time it was the coldest week of 2023. He provided plenty of space heaters to keep my family safe and warm. The whole team (owner, office workers, repairmen) were extremely transparent with their communication and timeline for replacement. I could not have asked for a better experience. They are very professional. Very friendly. Very experienced. And just as their name indicates, VERY affordable. Since the install we have had them out for other reasons and they are always ready to answer the call in a timely manner. As long as I live in their service area I will ALWAYS turn to them for my HVAC and sheet metal needs. Thank you Dylan and team. You are what right looks like.

Hands down the most reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous HVAC company in the industry!! The extreme cold that was forecasted for us was about 28 hours away and our furnace went down. One call to Dylan at Affordable heating and cooling was all that it took . With in an hour, our home was beginning to warm once again. Although, only a temporary solution to our problem, ( Dylan was not going to allow us to go without heat), 28 hours later an entire new HVAC system was installed and operating fantastically!! I recommend Dylan and his crew for all your HVAC needs, commercially or residential. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.

We had someone else put in some ductwork and wasnt blowing/ circulating enough air. Called Dylan and he had to replace the other peoples shady work. Dylan quoted us a price and stuck to it and did a great job on our new construction project. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future needs. Scott & Danielle C
