Promised there were no payoff fees, lies. Loan was sold to BBT and now I have a fee for me to payoff the loan, I reach out to Gershman Mortgage to resolve the matter, and they are deaf ears. BBT is also not responding to my calls. I did not conduct business with BBT, but with Gershman, who sold my loan to them. I am now stuck with a closing payoff fee that Gershman does not want to pay. All mortgage documents were with Gershman, not with BBT.
