I cannot think of anything good to say about Caremark. If I had a foe that I wanted to see tortured for eternity, I would sign them up for CVS / Caremark 'benefits'. I use the word 'benefits' very lightly, as nothing I have ever received from them is anything that I would consider a benefit. Their staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. Be prepared to spend hours on the phone any time you call and expect to have none of your issues resolved even after talking to dozens of folks in 'escalations'. They have cost me thousands of dollars because they can't seem to follow even the most rudimentary request about billing. Caremark has also caused me to miss months on end of my medication, significantly endangering my health in the process. I want to challenge anyone who works for this company to re-think their life goals, as by working for such a horrible company; you personally are contributing to other people receiving significantly sub-par healthcare. If there was a way to put -5 stars, I would.
