        We have just completed a bathroom remodeling which used materials from The Tile Shop. Our salesman, Nick, was extremely helpful and professional. He helped with suggestions and design. Then he processed our order and kept us informed throughout the sales process. We are happy with the quality of the product and especially grateful for the help and attention.

        Looking for tile and not sure where to start? I would highly recommend working with Dana Monaco at The Tile Shop in Mount Prospect. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a friendly smile. Dana was very patient, listened to what our ultimate goal was, and helped us along the way to choose patterns and styles that all worked together. We came back about two months after our project to just stop in and say thank you and show her some pictures of the outcome and, without missing a beat, she greeted us both by name. It may not seem like much, but, honestly, sometimes that is exactly what makes us feel appreciated and important. If you're reading this, Dana, thank you for all your help. We really appreciate it.         I can't say Thank You enough to Dana and the wonderful Tile Shop team in Mt. Prospect. She helped me pick out the perfect tile for our bathroom and kitchen!! We are snow birds and this was for our place in Arizona - so she coordinated delivery with Tile Shop team in Phoenix. Everything worked out perfectly! First Rate Service! :-)
