I've had several house "crises" recently, the latest being a flooded toilet on the first floor spreading into a sizeable chunk of my basement. I called 911 Restoration first thing this morning. They responded almost immediately, and a team was at my home in under 2 hours. They were quick but thorough, and after inspecting both impacted areas, they gave me the best possible news: I'd be okay with just some minor DIY (pulling baseboards--totally something I can handle) and fans. The visit cost me nothing. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. We called 911 Restoration when a pipe burst above us, flooding our apartment- floors, kitchen cabinets and some walls were destroyed. Ronne was amazing to work with! He came right away and knew exactly what to do as well as how to document the damage for our insurance. He was very detailed in his work, which we definitely appreciated. From there, he was very easy to communicate with and he/his crew did a great job. He was also super helpful in answering any questions we had about new flooring, cabinets, etc. I'm really happy we called him, and would definitely recommend you do the same if you're ever in that situation!

Then I called a big chain water restoration company who never showed up after I told them the loss wasnt covered. The worst part was they continued to tell me they were on their way! I came to YELP, saw all of the excellent reviews for 911 Restoration and I called them.
911 Restoration showed up on time, quoted me a very fair price and did an excellent job. Ronnie, the manager, is wonderful! This company was responsive and cared for my property as if it was their own. They were extremely thorough. They truly go above and beyond. Im so thankful to this company for making a truly difficult time more bearable. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

911 came to the rescue within an hour when we had water damage in our laundry room and basement due to an overflowing washing machine. They did the whole job from removing the damaged drywall, carpet, tile, etc. to drying the wet floors and ceilings, to restoring everything to perfect condition. They were reliable and professional and a pleasure to work with. They made an unfortunate experience almost painless!
