Worst experience ever. We scheduled our moving for June 22, 2021 after receiving  a quote over the phone and having two verification emails send to us with the correct date and time. They never showed up and are not answering their phone. We had no choice but moving everything out on our own since we had to empty our unit. Awful.

They didn't show up on the day of the move, nor picked up any of our calls, emails, or voicemails. Not sure how they run their business there, but I'd strongly suggest to AVOID using them. Full disclosure- I reached out to them after they helped us move 3 years ago, and they were great- back then. Very, very disappointed. Service: In-state moving

This company is a complete scam. I originally spoke to the so called employee name Susanne and requested 4 movers and a 26 ft truck for August 14th at 8am. Movers didn't arrive until almost 10:30 am with a 20ft truck and only 3 movers?? I had to rent an additional U-haul truck and help the movers actually move our stuff. They wrapped a few things and damaged our 50 in TV...screen is completed cracked. I tried to create a claim of some sort -in which the company will not answer or pick up any of my phone calls. My next call will be to the better business bureau. Beware of this company and their false claims.

The absolute worst. Called two hours before scheduled start time and wanted to come early. Then they showed up two hours late. Trashed my furniture. Am sure they were high. Never use these people. Awful. Service: Local moving

This is a fraudulent company! Do not use them. My husband booked them for our move on June 29th 2020 at 10 am. It is close to 2 PM and no one is here. We have been calling them non stop and no one is picking up. My husband even drove 40 mins to their mentioned address and there was nothing. No office or any sign on the Liberty Moving & Storage. They just vanished. They also have our credit card info as we were asked to give it during booking. We called our bank to let them know that this fraud company has our info. We have the proof of call logs and clearly their address is also fake. Now we are scrabbling in the last minute to find movers during these COVID times. Hopefully they get reported enough times to be shut down so they don't continue duping people and stealing money and wasting time.
