The flower arrangements are lovely, but one thing I find a bit annoying is that they call the person receiving the flowers to ask when they'll be home before they deliver them. While I understand why they do it, it completely ruins any surprises someone may want to make for someone special to them. They should just call the person that made the purchase rather than the recipient.

The owner was incredibly rude and very condescending. When we asked questions she would go on tangents that made no sense and would get annoyed that we didnt understand what she was talking about. Not sure why she thinks being rude to customers is good for business.

I just called to order flowers for my teenage grandson who had knee surgery. I canno thank this store enough to find just the right thing and decorate it with Morris HS colors and get it to him today and I didnt call until 3! They went out of thei way to be so accomadating trying to find a masculine plant! You have my business whenever I have floral needs in Morris!

I was employed here after being employed over the phone with no interview, when I went in this Monday morning to start I told the owner how I have 2 up coming doctors appointments and she told me I need to reschedule or it would not work, keep in mind there was no conversation or any interview. She told me that she would have to find another person to fill my position because she needs me full time, even though I could work full time, people are allowed to have previous made plans before they are employed somewhere. she still wanted me to stay and work for that day.. but she made sure to tell me multiple times that it won't work and She'll need to find someone else. She made sure to tell me how she doesn't even go to the doctor and that it's not a big deal. Anyway, I walked out of being in there for 2 minutes. Total waste of my time and totally unprofessional and just plain rude.
