I’ve been in the trades for 43 years and without a doubt the very worst and most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. His employees working for him were clueless on the proper removal of a large concrete porch, disposal of the debris, proper foundation work, proper concrete forms and staking not to mention job site safety. I would leave a negative star but......

I hired Robert and it was a big mistake. He took $5,000 of deposit, started a job and he disappeared without even finishing demo . Before that he asked for more money saying that he did a lot of work and he needed more money than we agreed. When I asked him to continue work he stopped demo and cleaning and did not show up any more.

If you want a contractor that will screw you over every chance you get, hire Robert. I’ve been rehabbing homes and I’ve never had to fire a contractor until now. He has no knowledge of proper construction processes and tried cutting corners every step of the way. Halfway through the project of constantly watching him and correcting his mistakes I hired a real foundation company that repaired it. I’d stay very far away
