I have ordered "native plants" online from many different growers. Possibility Place Nursery absolutely has the largest selection and the healthiest plants of all! In addition to that, their customer service is PHENOMENAL!! I had an issue with a delivery, which was the shipper's responsibility, rather than the nursery's. But Mike, from Possibility Place, went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Possibility Place Nursery is a business that "cultivates" not only healthy plants but loyal customers as well.

I had a very negative experience with the Possibility Place. I initially reached out for more information on their free design services on their website. (Note that I attempted to call first, but the phone number associated with the business has been disconnected.) A few days after submitting my form, I received a voicemail from Kelsay requesting more information about my project. I sent a follow up email with the information requested within a day or two of receiving the voicemail. A week after I sent my email, I called to follow up on the status of my project, and spoke with Kelsay. I was taken aback by how rude and short he was on the phone. After I explained why I was calling, he said, oh, youre the triangle lady. Yeah something about your space bothers me. He said he would review my email and call me later that weekhe never did. Based on how Kelsay spoke to me, I decided there was no way I would feel comfortable or respected working with this organization, and I will move forward with a business that does not treat its customers with hostility.
