Mts Heating & Cooling

Mike came to work on my furnace. Granted it’s in a tight space and somewhat difficult to work on. He replaced a part that made it provide heat but it still wasn’t fixed and he refused to do anymore stating that the only way it could be worked on was to remove the wall in front of the furnace. Nothing could be reached with the wall in place. It sounded awful and hadn’t sounded like that before Mike touched it. A friend came over with a shop vac and cleaned it without the wall coming down. I had to have a new HVaC company come out, only to find that Mike had installed the wrong size part which left an air gap that kept trying to extinguish the flame. Thankfully it was an easy and not too expensive of a Fix, and new person didn’t charge me anything more than the service call. Nor did the new technician say anything about how difficult the furnace was to service. Night and day in professionalism. Think twice fellow citizens before hiring MTS. Make sure your furnace is easy to reach and service. You’ve been warned.
