        Called and left a voicemail message regarding having chair legs cut and received prompt response. Emailed pictures of chairs and received quote right away. Day of service the technician called to let me know when he would arrive. I would definitely use this company again! Very professional and service was great.

        Don't waste your time, they don't answer the phone or listen to voicemails. I would give them no stars if it was possible. No you didn't call me cause I have no missed calls from you. I talked to someone on 2-11 for 1m 7s at 4:55 PM then again 2-12 for 2m 55s at 1:37. I then called on 2-23 at 5:30 and left a voicemail saying to get ahold of a neighbor or me with any questions. I then called again at 7:00 am the next day 2-24 to reiterate what I left in the voicemail the previous day. Then after no response I called again at 11 and it went to voicemail. Nothing but excuses and I don't know who you were trying call but it was definitely not me.
