No TP in 2 of the 3 men's room stalls!!!!

We stopped at Thorntons 336 in Monee, IL just now to get gas, drinks and I wanted some cigars. The Cashier was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my life. She was short with my wife when she asked her a question, then talked over her to help other customers, walked away and ignored her, when I came back from the restroom and she asked me if the particular one was the one I wanted and I said yes, she tried to get the ladies attention again and she once again talked over her and then snapped at me when she picked up the wrong pack and I tried to tell her it was the next one over to the left. I got annoyed and was going to just walk out of the store and let my wife finish the transaction instead of engaging her and she yelled that she needed to see both of our ID’s in order to sell her the cigars. My wife asked why since she was the one purchasing them, and she yelled she needed to see both our ID’s. I walked back and pulled out my ID and showed her. She acted like she could not see it and I said my birthdate is there on the back. She said good day as if to dismiss us. I said exuse me? She said GOOD DAY! I said are you serious?! She said BEING MILITARY DOENST MAKE YOU SPECIAL YOU CAN LEAVE NOW! literally this all happened with zero provecation. We are never rude to anyone especially customer service people! I was floored! We will never spend out money at a Thorntons again! Also we never said anything about being military that was just the first ID that I pulled out since it was at the front of my wallet but as soon as she saw my Military ID she refused to sell us anything.

They need to change the staff working here. The worker was disgusted that I interrupted there conversation to give me my recite after fueling diesel. Never going back to any of the Thornton locations.

Restroom dirty, coffee area dirty. Coffee available only from pressure coffee makers, they still forcing people to use new coffee cup only, at 6.40 am they are out of most breakfast sandwiches
